    I called about saving a spot for 3 a few days before, called the day of, showed up 15 minutes early..... was handed a buzzer... I was told I would have reservations for my dinner time. I mean if I am going to spend 80 bucks... Why would I want to wait an hour to sit and wait another hour for my food?!?! this seems to be a tending thing with them. I love the OUTBACK in Salisbury much better, The plus side was... The staff was friendly to me.. other then that. disappointed in my treatment. I missed another obligation due to my wait time. this also happen with my father who ate here too.

    The food was amazing and the waitress was really nice! Our food did take a bit long, but that wasn't an issue. The music though was REALLY loud. While we were there, the music was at a decent volume. But while we were about to get our food, the music was turned up louder! I had to almost yell to talk to people.

    I had a pretty complicated delivery. They were very patient with me and went above and beyond to make it perfect! Got the food in a timely manner and it w as s GREAT! The steak was seasoned perfectly and baked potato was fresh and fluffy. Thank you Bellgate outback!!

    My second time eating at Outback, my first at this location. Based on my first time, I expected the same experience. Was I ever so disappointed. The service was decent, but the food..the best thing about my food was the free bread. Maybe I went at the wrong time, the wrong day. This experience was definitely not what I was expecting. I ordered the same meal I had the first time because I enjoyed it so much, but again, I was not happy with the quality of the food. On a good note, the wait was minimal and the service was good.

    Let me start with the positive. The table service and the servers are great! The hostess and the way the restaurant operates in not so great! We had to wait almost 30 minutes when there were over 12 tables open and ready. We got a table that was available for the whole time we were there. I know they have call ahead seating but if you are booking all those seats and making walk-ins wait for more than 15 minutes then you should probably rethink how you are doing that. The hostess wasn't very polite to us when we asked about our wait time. The food hasn't gotten any better. The blooming onion was very oily and the steaks were over seasoned. The mac-n-cheese was over cooked. Quite a shame. I used to like Outback years ago.
